 A weak body weakens our confidence and adventure. Lack of stamina, instability of the nervous system and weakened immune system lead our body to termination. As a result, we are unable to do any physical work. Our bodies become home to anxiety and stress, which causes many deadly diseases. It is necessary that we strengthen our body. Here are some yoga pose, with the help of which we can strengthen our body and fill it with energy.

1. Big Toe Pose

Big Toe Pose is an effective yoga posture that stretches the whole body as well as helps relieve pain and fatigue. It provides many other benefits besides eliminating the weakness of the body. To do this, stand up straight and lean forward. Make sure your legs are perfectly straight. Hold the thumb with your fingers. Keep your elbows straight. Keep your forehead in a relaxed position. Stay in the same posture for 60 seconds.

2.  Downward Facing Dog Pose

Downward Facing Dog Pose relieves your stress and anxiety as well as produces good stretching in your arms and shoulders. This improves blood circulation. To do this, straighten your legs and keep your knees straight off the ground and return to the “V” position. Pull yourself backwards. Inhale and exhale 10-20 times while remaining in this position.

3. Doing Half Moon Pose

Doing Half Moon Pose gives immediate relief from physical fatigue, headache, back pain etc. Start with an extended triangle posture. Extend your right leg and raise your left leg straight off the floor. Rotate the torso slightly to your left. Keep your head in a neutral position and make sure your right foot carries the maximum weight of your body. Hold for 30 seconds.

4. Happy Baby Pose

Happy Baby Pose is an excellent yoga asana to soothe the mind and relieve fatigue. It also stretches the spine and helps maintain the hips. To do this, lie down straight on your back, bend your knees and pull them towards the abdomen. Hold your feet with your palms. Extend your knee from your torso and bring it closer to your armpits. Hold for 20-30 seconds.

5. Plow Pose

Plow Pose is known as a remedy for insomnia. This posture reduces back pain, depression and increases energy levels. Start with Sarvasangana. Bend at the hips. Slowly, place your toes down and under the head and rest it on the floor. Extend your torso at right angles to the ground and legs. Support your back with your hands. Hold it for as long as you want.
